• No improvements are allowed to be made on the claimed parcels


• Owners are not allowed to occupy the square inch parcels


• The owner will have to grant rights of ingress and egress over the parcels they have claimed


• You will not be allowed to sell the parcel for profit or other financial benefits.


• The American Acres company is responsible for all state taxes


• American Acres won’t change the land in any way unless approved by the state to make it look better.
