Four Questions To Ask Before You Give A Presentation
1.Who will you be speaking to? Try to think like your audience. 2.What concerns or needs do they have? 3.What are/could be their objections to what you have to say/offer? Address these head on and you can turn adversaries in to advocates. 4.How can you or what you are offering add value to them? Remember it is all about them not you! Keep asking, “why would that matter?” to get to the heart of your message. Remember a presentation is NEVER about sharing information; it is about moving an audience to take some kind of action.
