Free Press Releases Drive Fast Free Targeted Traffic

Free press release submissions or paid upgrades can literally drive a huge flood of targeted traffic to your website.

If you consider the fact that most press releases are distributed worldwide then you can imagine the mass audience you can reach out to and share your news with.

So what do PR sites consider to be newsworthy?

You can announce almost anything in your news release such as a new website, product line or launch, a book you have written or a digital ebook, perhaps some new training you wish to offer or even a new employee or a new important change to your business.

So do not think that as a website owner you do not have any worthy news content to share, because chances are you have lots of information you can share about your business.

Your PR should of course never be a sales pitch for a product or site, such releases will not be approved so you shall be wasting your time.

You should also remember to include contact details such as your name, your company name, your email address, your telephone number and a fax number if you have one. The reason for providing your contact details is obvious, but for those you who do not know, you give your contact details in order that news reporters interested in your story can contact you, which leads me to my next point.

When writing your press release you must also include the town, city and or state from which the news is originating, this will of course alert your local newspapers, and again give you more chance of offline media exposure.

Once submit your press release to some of the more high traffic PR sites online, and I will give you a list of these, then your release may also appear in Google or Yahoo news which will give you a massive amount of exposure and free targeted traffic.

Press releases are an excellent way to get the word out about your website and products, use them today and be sure to consider upgrading to paid PR submissions which will often allow you to add live links throughout your press release, product images and also videos or your videos links.
