1) DIET & EXERCISE: The health of our physical body is important for our survival. So we began the path to freedom at this the most basic level the symptoms may vary: tensed neck and shoulder muscle, indigestion, awkwardness, serums they all reflect H pattern or imbalance. Most of the ways in which we deal with these symptoms give us only temporary relief such as steam and sona bath, massage or all helpful. They can have beneficial effect on tension as well as on emotional stress. Helpful as they are these tecquines provide only temporary relief. These tecquines relief’s stress but they do not alter the stress symptoms syndromes.
Self awareness & self regulation are required for altering the habits which lead us to stress. There are two major areas in which one can develop control over the habits of the body diet & exercise. Both can brought under one’s own control and both can lead to reflection in stress. E.g.:
2) The quality of food we eat:
Fresh, simple and nutritious are the food qualities most suitable for our health. But amazingly mostly 60% to 70 % of the average diet is of less nutritional value. This is not because there is not enough to eat. But it is much of what we eat is not use full for us, e.g. refined sugar which contain absolutely no nutrient makes up 25% of our diet. We can see a major problem with modern man is that a great deal of what he eats not only fails to produce any nutrition but also leads to serious diseases and this leads to stress
3) Importance of how we eat:
How we eat is also as important as but we eat, but most of us our in too much of a hurry to take the time to rarely chew or taste our food. After 2 or 3, 4 chews we swallow our food. We except from our poor digestive system to break the food into further levels. There are several important consequences of poor digestion. Digestive process is interrupt and digestion is incomplete. This leads to the stress for entire system.
4) Role of exercise in stress:
In recent years modern man has become very exercise conscious. Tennis , golf, swimming seeking & jogging have become very popular co-operation & institute of all the sizes are in salting gym to encourage their employees to participate in some form of the exercise increased health, happiness, productivity are pay off’s those who exercise consistently are healthier , lave less coronary vascular diseases, fewer frustrations, medical expenses etc.
5) Stress Exercise:
Simple stretching exercises for neck, face, shoulders which are designed to increase circulation and decrease tension in the various muscles, joints etc. they can easily be done while sitting at a desk or any time during the day.
Unpracticed often they will provide immediate benefit in effective stress reduction.
The second sets of exercise are relaxing exercise e.g. yoga, mediation etc stretching exercises are necessary to Eli mate tension in the body as well as to loosen muscles.
Following points should be following when doing exercise:
1) Set a specific time each day for your practice. They should be when you are not in a hurry. Practice at least 30 minutes everybody.
2) Morning and evenings the two best time to practice. Morning exercise helps you to remain calm and alter during the day and evening exercise helps in relieving the day’s tension so that you can enjoy a peaceful night sleep.
3) Do the exercise in clean quite & well ventilated room
4) Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
5) Always try to practice on an empty stomach
6) Do not become discouraged if your body doesn’t respond the same way as you want.
7) Just keep practicing regularly.

Mediation:
Mediation is the art of living and being in the world. Man is still searching for the meaning of mediation. We realize that we cannot retreat to some isolated place, to find peace of mind.
Man is really a citizen of two world’s his inner reality and external reality. But pressure from the external world social and economic pressure of day to day life creates disturbs in inner reality & balance is upset.
Mediation is not a religious word. It is practical, systematic method which allows, to
1) To understand one self at all levels of being.
2) To understand one’s environment
3) To obtain peaceful mind
4) To eliminate and prevent inner conflicts
Mediations are for those who want to live life fully in the world, to enjoy it and yet remain unaffected by the rush of modern life mediation is effected because it eliminate the greatness cause of stress loneliness.
Mediation (Path way to freedom) it is a only process by which awareness is systematically expanded, under once direct control. The word “Mediation” should be used as a “Noun” but a verb. It is a process pot a state; it is the mean through which we can achieve a particular level of awareness. Mediation is an uninterrupted flow of concentration the attention never “Wonders”
Methods:
The practice of meditation should be done very systematically choose a quite , clean and well ventilated room & choose a time when no one would disturb you and you should be free your essential duties. Sit in a comfortable posture & your posture should be straight, sit for as long as you comfortably can. But to so on a daily basis for regularly is necessary in order to increase your capacity. It will also help if you select a specific time & do your practice at that time everyday. This establishes the habit of sitting to mediation. It is our heritage to be healthy physically mentally & spiritually, meditation is a tool by which we became aware of our habits which have destructed our life. Increased awareness is the process which leads to freedom from these habits.
