Fresh Ingredients, Great Dish

When I think of food a lot of things come to mind. The different types of food, the different way food is cooked, and where I can get the best tasting food are just a few. All over Indiana, you will find all types of cafes and catering services. But, the issue is, who has the best. I like to look at everyone’s menus and take time to study what they have.

I look for a good variety of foods that look and sound good. I want to have good wholesome fresh ingredients and a chef or cook that knows what they are doing. Sometimes when looking at the menu, I’ll see if they have dishes similar to what Mom used to make. Things like Creamy Scalloped Potato and Ham, Country Style BBQ Ribs, and Crisp Fried Chicken. You know all the really good foods we grew up on.

If catering is what I need for a special event, I want to make sure the catering service will be able to provide the type food I want for my quest and that they will be there on time. I also want their customer service rating to be the tops, as my quest need to be catered to.
