Football is a very important sport in the lives of the players. That is why they put so much effort so that they can be rewarded in the end. There are several rewards that are issued out to the winning team and also the participating teams, for instance monetary rewards for all the participants and trophies to the winners. These are important in their own sense as I will discuss below and they need to be issued out after every match so as to ensure that the sport is continuing throughout.

Monetary rewards are issued out in order to reward the efforts the players have shown by taking part in the sport. Each team is rewarded by its team leaders as per the agreement that they made when they joined the team. The trophies are however issued out to the champions who have emerged the winners at the end of a certain competition. If several football teams came together and competed amongst themselves, the overall winners will be rewarded with a trophy but each of the team will get a reward for taking part in the competition, which is how it is done in football sport.

Trophies can mean a lot to the team that has been awarded. It may be a sign that they are the best in football in that region because they are the ones who have been rewarded. It may also mean that they need to work hard in order to retain the trophy in the next set of competitions. The way the team will interpret the award will mean that to them and in most cases, it makes them feel good about being part of the sport. If a certain team is winning trophies all the time, it is hard for that team to abandon the sport.

Rewards, like trophies can also mean a lot to those who did not get the reward. If your team did not get a trophy, you will work so hard so as to get it the next time. The reward in this case is used to motivate the other teams to work as hard so as to get a similar or the same reward. If trophies are issued out consistently, each team will be better in the end as they try to outdo the others for the precious reward, which in this case is the trophy.
