Gmc Chevy Colorado To Be “significantly Differentiated” If Built

Though no official decision has been made (yet), industry observers believe that a GMC version of the globally-marketed Chevrolet Colorado will be hitting American roads some time in 2012.

No one outside of General Motors executives seems to know exactly how the GMC version mid-size pickup truck will differ from the present Colorado version. However, GM President Mark Reuss has been quoted as having said that if a GMC version is ever made, it will be very different than what is currently available in other parts of the world.

About the only details that Reuss has so far been willing to let slip are that the updated version will be a large mid-size at close to 95 per cent of the size of the relatively-huge Silverado and be powered by a different powertrain.
