Get Fast And Easy Hp Support Online

I purchased a new laptop from HP, I was very happy with its performance after a week I took it to my work place and tried to connect it to the LAN network of my office for the first time. But I was surprised as I was not able to connect it, I called my office IT helpdesk to help me but after doing a lot of troubleshooting exercise they reported that laptop’s NIC card was not good and I need to get it replaced. I was not carrying the, hp support number, so I searched on Google website for HP Support number.

I tried the keyword such as HP Help, Online HP Help, HP Support, Online HP Support etc. but was not able to get any HP Support number. Then somebody in my office suggested me to use wireless connection to do my work and later I can call HP Support, I thought it was a brilliant idea so I asked my IT people to configure the wireless connection. After few minutes the IT people informed me that wireless adaptor in the laptop was also not working.

Now it was the height of hearing that the laptop components were not functioning properly. I immediately started searching for HP Computer Support number on the HP website but I got the Online HP Support, I chat with the Online HP Support technician and informed him about my problem, but he simply washed his hands saying that if it is the hardware issue then I need to call HP Support. I asked him to provide the HP Support number he provided the HP Support number and HP Support email address to write an email regarding my problem.

I called HP Support number, it was a toll free number, it took more than 35 minutes to reach the HP Support technician, I provided all the initial details and then he asked me to perform some tests for which he guided me on the phone, and finally it was tracked that it was the hardware issue. He told me that HP Support will replace the laptop but this process will take around a week time and I have to return the faulty laptop to HP Support.

After a week I got a new laptop from HP Support and even the HP Support called me to check that the replaced laptop is working fine, since then I get a call every week from HP Support to confirm about the working performance of their laptop.
