In general you should limit your weekly intake to 2 to 3 pints of beers or 3 to 4 glasses of wine. It is also better to spread your drinking over a number of days. Not only does it damage your lungs and cardiovascular health it will over time cause cancer. An addiction to caffeine can lead to tiredness, anxiety and depression. If you are addicted to caffeine you need to wean yourself of it. Do it gradually over 2 weeks. Caffeine can be found in coffee, tea, cola drinks, high energy drinks and chocolate.
