Get Rich Scams

Although at first glance you may be enticed, you can usually spot a get rich quick scam when you look a little closer. We've all seen them before ... web-pages boasting such money-making schemes as, "Earn $5000 in your first week, part-time," or, "Start making millions with your own home-based business. Just send us $39.99 and we'll show you how!" They're every where you look online.

Let me tell you that I've been all over the internet, and I've tried more than 150 get rich quick schemes over the last four year. The only profit I ever earned from any of these was a whopping 28 bucks ... and I had to work five months just to make that! The most horrible of all is that a large number of these schemes were outright frauds. Not only could you NOT make money ... but they'd actually take YOUR money, never to be heard from again!

You even get these ridiculous schemes to make "millions" delivered right to your inbox now. There's plenty of them that your recognize right away. A woman from Columbia needs money to care for her terminally ill son who's dying of cancer. For sending your generous hundreds, she promises you some ludicrous amount in the millions. Simply supply this kind, young lady with all your account info, and by the end of the week you'll be rich beyond your wildest dreams. Hello! Do you really think she would need your money if she already has millions?

Unfortunately, since these get rich quick scams come "gift-wrapped" in so many various packages, recognizing some of them isn't always quite so easy. If you're unsure, just remember to ask yourself this famous little question. "Is it just sounding too good to be true?" When you answer "yes" to this question without hesitation, then you probably ought to regard it as a fake and look elsewhere to make your millions.

Now, if you manage to get taken by a con, don't just tuck your tail between your legs say, "well, better luck next time." No! Help keep it from happening again to you, and others, by reporting it. Inform the Better Business Bureau immediately. Start a formal complaint and help bring this "business" to justice. The very real truth of it is that these con artists would get canceled out quick if more individuals would simply report them. Sadly to say, though, many who've been cheated are simply too lethargic or too ignorant to fight back.
