Arc your right knee into a 90 degree angle, and then raise up your left leg towards ceiling. After that, bring your left leg down. Reverse and do the same to the other leg.

2) Knees and Elbows Exercise. Bring your leg towards your back with your other toe on the ground. Raise your leg towards the ceiling and then slowly bring it back down to the ground. Then do your next leg the same way (switching from right to left). Lift your knee and expand your heel up and back to the ceiling, and then do the same to your next leg, changing sides.
