If you can not stand it any further use said tic tweezers and do your best to remove it. Keep in mind the more you have to mess with it to more noticeable it will be and the more red and infected looking as well. Once you have sufficiently popped your pimple apple the anti bacterial creme and go on about your business.

Once you arrive back home make sure to wash and exfoliate the area thoroughly. If you must leave more anti bacterial creme on overnight, as long as the labels allow it.
