Get Stuff Done With These Three Time Management Skills
Stop checking your email so often - If you are expecting an important message, know that you will get it eventually. This will help your mind shift to sleep mode much more quickly and get to bed on time. Also, flashing lights disrupt the production of melatonin, the primary chemical that the body produces to sleep. Lastly, even the smallest of noises can prevent or disrupt sleep. Run before work - Studies have shown that activities which tax your mind and body will demotivate you to exercise. So, the best way to get around this is to get your exercise in before your shift starts. Then, you have the option to exercise again after work to unwind, or just lounge around and have a drink or two!
