Get The Girls Talking – Four Red-hot Pua Openers

You need some equipment if you're on the prowl – like a few good PUA openers. Don't worry about using canned openers. They're useful in that they can cause the girls to talk enough to get your personality into the spotlight.

Try out these openers, time has proven them to work:

The Female Opinion Opener – It's a classic that's been around since sex was invented, because it works.

You pull this off by explaining that you're out with some friends and a question has come up that needs a woman's perspective. Go up to the lady, or ladies, excuse yourself and tell her or them that something's come up that needs female input.

What topic will get a female opinion? Just about anything you can think of.

* My buddy is furious. His new girlfriend is furious. One of his exes is hitting on him. How do they handle this?
* Why is it important that men and women sometimes lie to each other?
* What do you think? Is it true that size doesn’t matter?
* My friend just died. His really sweet girlfriend is hitting on me. Is it okay for me to start dating her or should I wait awhile? How long?

Use your mind, these a but a few examples. Stick to juicy topics that promote conjecture or gossip.

The Robbery Opener – Try this one; even if it fails miserably it gets lots of laughs. Stake out your quarry, approach and begin: “I need some help. There's a bank down the street that I and some buddies are going to rob, but the get-away driver got arrested. Could you pick us up in a few hours and drive us to the train station. We can give you a five-percent cut when you drop us off.”

Obviously the girls will recognize that this is all in fun; but they'll find it easy to play along with you for a while.

Start rapping. Let the ladies in on the plan and ask them if they have any better ideas. Also, this gives you a smooth inside to get a phone number. Just say something like, “I'll need a number so I can call you when everything is set.” “Big money, big money!” is what you need to say should she hesitate to give you her number. This usually brings her around to give it up.

The You Suck Opener – This is a mysterious sort of strategy. Though it's effective, this is an iffy PUA opener, it requires some pretty strong back and forth maneuvering.

“Hey, you suck!” is the first thing you say to the woman after you approach her. “You wanna know why you suck?” is your next question.

Without fail this sucks a girl in. She'll want to know why she sucks. Then tell her why she sucks: “You suck because you're so good looking you've got guys around you like moths to a flame. I thought I'd never get a chance to talk to you.” Keep on rolling.

The Flopsy Opener – This one is not so canned, it comes across as a little more natural. The name of this opener demands an explanation. The opener was named by one Wayne “Juggler” Elise. One day he was out on the prowl and noticed that a bunch of ladies were very interested in something. He investigated and saw that they were beside themselves over a rabbit on a leash being taken for a walk by its owner. They couldn't get over “Flopsy” the rabbit out on a stroll.

Thus, the “Flopsy” maneuver is just noticing what the ladies are noticing and moving in and talking about it.

Nothing rehearsed about this. Pretend you're at the mall and a pretty girl sits down and starts opening up a new iPad. Move in and say something like: “Hey, that's one of those new iPads. I'm thinking of getting one. May I watch as you open it?” Sorry, it's not slicker than that, but it doesn't have to be. This works the majority of the time.

I like the Flopsy maneuver myself. It's more natural and doesn't sound like you're reading a script.

It's a way of thinning the herd, face it. Just getting in and getting the conversation going is what sets you apart. The actual PUA opener isn't all that important. You know, something as simple as “Hi, my name is Rob.” can work. I know one successful PUA that uses that very “lame” opener and it works most every time.
