Golf Swing Help - A Connected Swing

Many players strive to have a connected golf swing. It is a critical and challenging movement and it can be difficult to make all the individual components that make up the swing gel together in one fluid movement. Several factors can cause this as the fact is that many different parts of the human body are being used in the different parts that make up the swing action. You have to focus on that your body is in the correct position at each stage of the golf swing, and that can be quite a challenge!

The more you practice the correct movement, note the "correct" movement the easier and more automatic (sub-conscious) it will become. The converse is true if you practice the incorrect movement over and over, it will be harder to correct. It is therefore vitally important to get good information on the correct golf swing help. Once you have this information it is important to chunk it down into smaller bits and practice those bits over and over again until they become automatic - this will take time but it will be time well invested.

You may also have some challenges with regards to your flexibility. So many of us lead sedentary lifestyles - we sit at a desk monday to friday and then sit on the couch a lot in between that our muscles can become quite tight. I recommend exploring local yoga and/or pilates classes in your area, and if none are available look online for a DVD you can use.
