Golf Swing Help - Some Advice

Some golf players that are new to the game and even some that have a considerable amount of experience search for what some call the "holy grail" of golf. That is the "magic pill" that will correct their golf swing by magic and the end result being they then play the best golf of their life for the rest of their life. Of course this "pill" does not exist but we live in world where people are impatient for success in any field, so I can understand it. Of course, in reality, improvement in any sport requires focus and dedication - just ask or read an interview with any top ranked golfer.

All the great golf swing tips in the world will not "fix" a golfer who has phyiscal issues. The average age of golfers is higher than most other sports, and as a result some players can be in a declining physical status. So the message here is to look after your body, even if you are very young and reading this I encourage you to treat your body as a top performance car, and you wouldn't fuel that kind of car on the poorest grade of fuel you could find would you? Your body is no different, and there is plenty of advice out there on good diet.

Also, as we age keeping supple is very important. I enjoy yoga and pilates as they really are suitable for anyone of any level and you can progress to harder and harder exercises as your flexibility increases.
