Google's Recent Algorithm Improvements - Aimed At Unique Content

Google Recent Algorithm Change is Focused on Content

So I am assuming if your a webmaster you have heard the news of Google.com changing the way their search engine ranking algorithm works. The changes have been made to better reflect quality search results and decreases the amount of low content/spammy sites. If you've seen your rankings drop off considerably than you may need to refocus your website pages and evolve along with these new changes. I've heard a lot of the autoblogs out there have been hit hard and it's pretty obvious why you've lost your rankings and are going to struggle to get them back.

Google has changed its rankings to put one thing first, unique AND quality content. Secondly, Google has placed increased weight on social media influence on your site. Backlinks and content placement on key social media sites will greatly benefit your rankings and add to long-term SERP weight.

Grammer, spelling, writing skills,, these are needed skill now in the SEO market. You cannot just backlink your way to the top and spam through millions of scrapebox comments and Xrumer nukes. You've got to have content be the foundation of your SEO efforts.

Now, all the old SEO methods of backlinking and article marketing still work and will contribute to your rankings but there have been some changes here as well. Backlinks and articles need to be relevant to your market and industry, it's not gonna work to have unnatural looking links anymore. You need to stay natural in your methods and keep it targetted on your niche. So if you've suffered some drop backs and de-ranking from the recent changes to Google's algorithm, here are the first steps I would take to regain your position and get credibility back in Google's eyes.

Future focus for SEO on Google's new Algo:

- Delete ALL duplicate content
- Fill in keyword targetted, unique, quality content
- Make sure to update content atleast once a month
- Backlinks should have mixed anchor texts
- Focus on social media development and followings
