You can prevent the clumping if you drop them in per batch. Place the goodies to dry on a sheet of wax paper. When finished with the batch, place them while in fridge till set. Put them in attractive containers to give away to friends.Chocolate covered beans are wonderful as cake toppers. But, they can be ground and then brewed the standard way. It would make an exquisite Chocó-coffee drink which might be hard to resist.
