Some say, just follow these steps and you'll be off to making millions by next week. Others say, just follow these steps that this guru has made millions of dollars from. And still other say, just copy these steps and the money will be in your hands! And free money is the catch line for some of them! Who can you trust to make a Smart Business choice? Gurus have experience and they also have the knowledge: It's really hard to follow someone when you are just starting out but at the same time they have had experience at doing what you are doing - so that might come in handy. Some of the gurus have tons of money to work their home business, unless you have tons of money to invest in a business, you're out of luck. The problem with the step-by-step approach is that there are tons of people following the exact same steps and that means that you have a lot of competition. Now there are the ones that say, free money, sure I believe that, NOT! So what are we looking for? A happy medium! We want to find a perfect combination or happy medium between the choices available. For example: We need experience, knowledge and money that isn't over our heads. We also want to have someone show us the way to make money even if it means a step at a time, but has enough variety that you're not competing with everybody else that has bought the same program you have! We also want somebody who we can trust and won't feed us a line! So does this help us decide what a good choice is for a business? Valuable research can make all the difference: Not only does a business need to be targeted to a select group of people, it must also be targeted to the owner of the business! More research is needed to get a home business that is targeted for us! Making money online is very difficult if you let it. If you follow the research, you will find that you won't be wasting valuable time and energy on a business that isn't what you're looking for. The keys to success - let's define what else we are looking for: We want to make money - that's an easy test - that's the whole point for making a business decision in the first place. Next we want it to work by itself so we don't have to babysit the business - that's another easy one. And then we want the business to be enjoyable - that's another easy one! What difference have we made in our decision to start our own home based internet business? What we need from the business: Starting out - we want good instructions - even step-by-step if there's variety. We want somebody who doesn't require a ton of money but has a lot of experience. Plus we want somebody who we can trust to show you the way to your financial freedom. Once the business is up and running what do we want? Not a tremendous amount of time spent on the business - minimal time but maybe just a little extra if we need more money (income) coming in and then it's back to the minimal amount of time expended! We want it to make us money - even if it's not a million dollars by next week - we still want to make it worth our while! And we want to enjoy ourselves as we learn and implement our business plan! Research is the key to finding a successful business that is right for us; we can profit from and enjoy doing. We must narrow it down to the Smart choices and not make mistakes in choosing our business. Research is the key to our plan, so keep up the research and don't settle for second best!
