Hcg Maintenance Meal Plans

We’ve discussed good, healthy snacks for the HCG Maintenance Phase. Perhaps you would be more relaxed with transitioning into this phase of the HCG Diet protocol if you had a better idea of what a typical day looks like. Many dieters are not comfortable with just going into the HCG Maintenance Phase with only the instruction of “eat what you want except for sugars and starches.” Therefore, we have two sample menus to help guide through this transition.

First Three Weeks of Maintenance Sample Menu

Breakfast – 2 eggs with green peppers, onions, ham and a plum
Mid-morning snack – Serving of almonds
Lunch – Chicken breast with grilled onions and a small salad with regular dressing
Afternoon snack – Apple with peanut butter
Dinner – Grilled pork chop, green beans and a small salad with regular dressing
Evening snack – Peach with brie or cream cheese

Breakfast – Cottage cheese with fruit or cinnamon and Stevia
Mid-morning snack – Organic trail mix
Lunch – Tuna salad with tomatoes on lettuce with regular dressing
Afternoon snack – Serving of pecans
Dinner – Turkey, broccoli with a little melted cheese and a salad with regular dressing
Evening snack – Nectarine with sugar-free yogurt

Second Three Weeks of Maintenance Sample Menu

Slowly add in sugars and starches. It is imperative that you weigh every day and perform a “steak day” if needed.

Breakfast – 2 eggs with Vidalia onions in olive oil and cantaloupe
Mid-morning snack – ½ apple with peanut butter
Lunch – Hamburger with cheese, mayo, ketchup, pickles, onions and a small salad with regular dressing
Afternoon snack – Organic trail mix
Dinner – Scallops, cauliflower, slice of garlic bread and a small salad with regular dressing
Evening snack – Almonds, strawberries with brie

Breakfast – Kashi cereal, ½ cup milk and grapes
Mid-morning snack – Serving of almonds
Lunch – Chicken breast with grilled onions and a small salad with regular dressing
Afternoon snack – Apple with peanut butter
Dinner – Steak, ½ potato, green beans and a salad with regular dressing
Evening snack – Tuna salad with celery sticks
