Hp W2338h Monitor Review - Don't Buy Another Monitor Until You Have Read This.
Around the back of this monitor are the inputs. There is the audio for the integrated speaker system, and the VGA and HDMI video inputs, no DVI, but then you don’t need that with the HDMI. The power/on-off button is located at the top on this model, and I like it lots. I can switch this on as I walk past or am standing in front, without the need to bend or sit, which just wastes energy. It also has a nice, soothing, aqua blue backlight glow to it, which sets it off a treat. On the bottom are the buttons for the picture settings, and they let you adjust the contrast, colour, etc., and the quick view video settings, thus making setup a cinch. The picture quality is as you would expect from HP. It is great. No ghosting when playing games and fast action sequences in movies were smooth and well defined. When using the monitor for work, font size and definition was superb both ends of the scale and images perfect. The W2338H is another fine performer from HP, and I can’t think why you would be disappointed, especially with the price.
