Why do one needs to juice? What is the reason? Isn’t the best thing to cook???

Well, the answer to this question depends. In some cases juices are must and of course no one can deny cooking food. I’m not saying that cooking is bad but in some cases you need juices to get instant nutrition. The juices provide your body certain minerals, vitamins and fiber that are good for your health.

These fibers and minerals together give your body the nutrition that it needs. Juices like pears, celery, grapes, carrots, tomatoes, and even other exotic fruits like lechee are really healthy for your active life. Eating apples of bananas or having their juices is just the same. You can add yogurt and milk to these fruits also to add a little more nutrition and energy value. This will also give a thick effect to the juice. If you are juicing always remember to remove the seeds of the vegetables or the fruits. Like in case of apple juice take away the seeds then juice.

Make sure seeds are removed and then make sure that the fruit is cut into smaller pieces before juicing.

You can also add some milk or yogurt to add some thick effect. This will also give some extra nutrition and some extra taste also.

You can take one glass of vegetable juice or a fruit juice. You can also take in one glass in the morning and one before sleeping. This will also give you a proper way to take in the juices, a proper time daily, make this your routine.

Make sure the vegetables and the fruits that you use are fresh. You can make juice of carrots and apples, and vegetables you can make use of celery juice.

People for the last decade or so have started to consume more juices in their diet, many celebrities use juices in their daily diet that makes them look young and fit. Remember fresh fruits and vegetable keep you young; they do have an effect on the ant aging factor in your skin. You will find a lot of magazines and websites about juice recipes.
