Healthy Fasting To Lose Weight

There is this new healthy fasting to lose weight, that has really grown in popularity over the last few months. It is extremely new after a study had some very interesting results with their study on intermittent fasting. The doctor wasn't even expecting to see anything related to weight loss, but found that participants on it lost weight. If they had any sort of health issue, it actually improved while they were on the diet. This led the study to conclude that you can extend the length of your life with eating like this. I know this makes it a pretty exciting new way of eating, so I'm going to share with you what you need to know.

Intermittent fasting is a healthy fasting to lose weight method. You eat for a full 24hr period, than you fast for the next 24hrs. That's all there is to it. You don't have to change you're eating habits, so if you're eating something fattening it is fine. It's good to note that you aren't actually depriving yourself of calories. You end up eating twice as much food on you eat day, than you would on your old diet. This keeps everything balanced, so you're not actually eating less than you were before.

For me to figure out if this is healthy fasting to lose weight, I always test it against the more "natural" human. How would they have eaten? A caveman wouldn't of eaten three meals a day, every single day. They would of has a sporadic intake of food. Some days they'd have a big catch, sometimes they wouldn't.
