Here Are The Most Common Anxiety Symptoms

Anytime that you experience an unwelcome fear or dread about what could possibly happen this is a form of anxiety. Anxiety is classified as an overwhelming worry or dread of things that are about to occur. The great thing about anxiety is there is a way to control the way your brain consistently ponders on these thoughts. Anxiety can actually be reversed, where instead of thinking in a pessimistic way all the time you can be taught to look at things in an optimistic perspective. An anxiety disorder is not something that comes on by accidents, and it is not a foreign disorder. There are specific reasons why we experience anxiety.


The only way to know if you suffer with an anxiety disorder is to be able to recognize the symptoms that accompany it. Not everyone experiences the same exact symptoms, so your symptoms might be a lot different from someone else who may also have the same exact disorder as you.
The physical symptoms of anxiety you may suffer with are:
Body:
The disorders have been known to cause physical distress on your body; some of the distress symptoms are not limited to: inflammation of the skin, ongoing weakness or fatigue, the feeling that you have just encountered an electrical shock. Feeling as if you have too much energy to bear which causes relaxation to seem feeling like a thing of the past, you feel dizzy as if your going to faint at any given moment, experiencing excessive cold spells. Hyperactivity, you constantly have to do something, you can’t sit still, Changes in your sex drive, and impulsive muscle twitches. Muscle tension in your shoulders, back, and neck, persistent numbness of the hands, feet, face, and head (may be all over your body for other people).Experiencing an uncontrollable amount of perspiration, constantly feeling like you have to urinate, weak legs, arms and muscles.

The disorders also target certain parts of the body.
Chest:
Extreme chest pain and/or numbing sensation
Worry that something may be wrong with your heart
Inability to catch your breath
Yawning as a means to try to take in more oxygen
Throbbing sensations
Heart beating irregularly

Head:
Faintness
Constant headaches
Head, neck and shoulder are constantly stiff and hard to immobilize
Jaw soreness as with a tooth ache
Over zealousness
Tightening your jaw and unconscious grinding of your teeth

Emotions:
Your emotions tend to get the best of you, and you’ll experience mood swings and not being able to control the everyday functions of mood, such as crying for no reason etc.

Mind:
Increased fear that you are going insane or have something wrong with you
Feeling that you are over piled with things to do
Inability to focus
Consistently obsessing
You feel as if you’re backed in a corner with no one to turn to

Hearing:
Obsessive ringing in the ears
Sudden deafness in one or two of your ears
Muffled sounds

Mood:
Persistently testy
Depression
Inability to cope with reality

Sight:
Hallucinations
Blurred vision
Excessive dryness and itching of the eye
Light induced sensitivity
Seeing spots
Consistent light seeing, even when eyes are closed

Mouth/Stomach:
Cotton mouth
Unexplained cravings
Lost of appetite
Upset, rumbling feelings in your stomach
Diarrhea
Inability to defecate
Constantly feeling a lump in your throat

Sleep:
Insomnia
Broken sleep pattern
Waking up in an attack

This is simply a general guide to some of the most common anxiety disorders. It is not uncommon for people to have one or two symptoms. People that suffer from a disorder may experience all of the symptoms above.
