Hezbollah Stars In Middle East’s First Polish Joke
Talking about dying for dumbbells. Here we have Hassan Nasrallah, the head of Hezbollah, admitting he assured Lebanese government officials that kidnapping Israeli soldiers was the only way to gain freedom for Hezbollah prisoners and that such a step would not provoke Israel to anything but the usual offer to trade hostages for prisoners. And while thousands of Lebanese citizens flee and hundreds die, the idiot keeps showing up smiling like Alfred E. Newman.
Meanwhile, his deputy dumbbell, Mahmoud Komati, confided to The Associated Press, “The truth is — let me say this clearly — we didn't even expect (this) response ... that (Israel) would exploit this operation for this big war against us."
What did Hezbollah expect? In his genius words, “the usual, limited response." Then the entirely indiscreet gentleman went on the advise the press, "The response is unjustified."
These guys have done everything so far except slap themselves in the forehead.
So here’s the new ethnic joke, proverbially Polish or discreetly otherwise.
How many members of Hezbollah does it take to change a lightbulb? Not the usual two but three: One to hold the bulb, a second one to turn the chair, and a third one to turn the light on. But, since in our joke, the bulb stands for a bright idea, like returning the Israeli soldiers and becoming suitable neighbors, we must lament that the third party of the joke is AWOB, that is, “Absent Without Brains.”
