Home Based Business Networking Ideas

Probably the hardest thing about having a home based business is finding the best way to market. I enjoy marketing on the internet but I also like going out and about with my fliers, brochures, etc. I will share some tips or ideas that may help you start bringing in some business.

1. Get a website made with a “Squeeze Page” so you can capture email addresses and names to contact your prospects

2. Purchase an autoresponder that will be used to send automated messages to your prospects.

3. Write articles for the different article sites and this will help to promote your website ranking

4. Create videos and put them on You Tube and other video sites which will include your website address

5. Join networking sites online as well as local (My Space on line, chamber of commerce, Meetup groups, etc.)

6. Give away Free Ebooks to promote your website

7. Visit college campuses and leave your business cards or brochures in the student lounge. Students are always looking for ways to make extra income.

8. Have some business card magnets made up and hand them out wherever you go. Stay at home moms put magnets on their refrigerator for handy reference.

9. Stamp your business website, phone #, etc. to the back of the envelope on all out going mail.

10. See if you can leave your business cards or fliers at the Public Library

11. Have coloring pages printed containing your website and phone # and donate them to daycare centers. Those pages wind up on Mom’s refrigerator!

Choose some of these local networking ideas and use the internet and you will see
business coming your way..
