When seriously considering an opportunity then make sure that you can speak to an actual person and that they have a phone number. When you have a problem or when you want your money back, or when you have a question about your business it's important that they have more tha just an e-mail address? If it takes days to get a response, and it could, you have just lost potential money that you could have made.
It is a good thing to have some sort of support system for your home based business. Think about it, at your job if you have a problem your boss can help you solve it. If you want to be your own boss it is still good to have someone you can turn to for answers in a time of need, and then once you are a pro you can be there for someone else in their time of need.
