Are you depressed?!

Depression in everyday life refers to sadness and despair.
For some people depression is not just a passing moment, it is a life time problem.
Clinic depression refers to sever symptoms that interfere with the everyday life and last for over 2 weeks. The mental state of the depression is a pessimistic sense that has a variety of physical and mental disorders and altered mood.
The symptoms for depression are: changes in weight (loss or gain), hopelessness, sadness, insomnia or over sleeping, thoughts of death or suicidal intentions, problems with concentration, and more.

So what can you do if you feel depressed?

The first step is to acknowledge the situation and the fact you need help.
Friends and family will do the job and get you to feel a little better. Talk to them and tell them about your problems and feelings.
Then you can try and treat the problem yourself, using homemade remedies, I will add some to show you how you can deal with it yourself.

Depression Home Remedies with Tea:
The strong beverage that keeps our body awake and going is what we need to have during a busy day.
It comes in different flavors and used to help people get rid of dark circles under their eyes.

* Make a pot of mint tea and sip at it through the day to beat depression.
* About 2-3 cups of Licorice tea a day is a simple home remedy that is proven effective for depression.
* Take 1/2 teaspoon of sage and 1/4 teaspoon of Tulsi (basil) and make a cup of tea. Drink this twice every day to relief depression.
* One can also make tea by adding 2-3 cardamoms to it, along with some sugar.
* An alternative is to take a few rose petals, add this to a cup of boiling water, then put in sugar and drink whenever you are feeling low or depressed.

Natural Treatments for Depression with Almonds:
The crunchy nuts that are delicious, and used in milkshakes, ice creams or in desserts can be quite tempting. It is also good for the skin and our system.

* Soak about 10 almonds in water overnight, peel and eat them first thing in the morning. They are very good for the brain and keep it working and alert.

Depression Remedies with Honey:
Honey is added to pancakes, to cornflakes and just about anything we can think off. A good substitute for sugar, it is also very healthy.

* Eat an apple with honey and milk every morning to help make you smile and stay alert.
* To treat depression, put in a few rosemary leaves into boiling water, add honey, let it sit for a bit and drink up daily.
