Just as with our previous article about pimples, the answer remains the same for blackheads. Their is no one solid home remedy for getting rid of blackheads. Blackheads are essentially just another type of acne that appear differently. The pore is clogged and the dirt and bacteria accumulate blocking the pore off and many times over-sizing and stretching the pore until it can not conjure a significant enough autoimmune response to force the nasty out.
Their are options in treatment though their is no cure all. Some people will use the same regiment as previously mentioned including facial scrubs with sulfur based products, deep cleansing and exfoliation as well as anti bacterial creams and gels. These may or may not work depending on what area of your body you get blackheads. Normally it is not a good idea to try and remove these as you can damage your pores and cause horrendous scaring.
Than being said a few companies make quite an interesting product. A product that acts sort of like duct tape for your pores. You would apply such a product for example to your nose or forehead it is a cloth type pad contoured for that area of which you are having problems. After applying and letting the adhesive which is medicated and special only to this purpose you will remove the cloth and slowly in one direction pulling out many blackheads from the pores. Now as soon as you are done you should deep cleanse and then exfoliate and then apply anti bacterial gel to the area.
These products do not remove all of them, but used often enough with proper care you can eliminate your blackheads and make huge advancements in the war on acne.
