• Are you ready for it? Whether or not you are a parent who stays at home or still manages to go to work, always make sure that you have a designated time allotted for your kids. During this time, you have to ensure that they have your full attention and that nothing can disrupt you. If you don’t take the task seriously, your kids won’t either.

• Essential skills you need to master. As a preschooler, you can basically teach your kids anything. The most important things that are usually being taught to preschoolers include tying their own shoes, keeping things clean, eating properly on his own, putting on clothes, and returning their things in the right place.

• Topics that you should teach. Aside from the essential skills that you can teach your kids, there are some topics that you need to teach them. Since your kids are still preschoolers, you can start by teaching them the alphabet, how to count, nursery rhymes, basic science and even parts of the body.

When you choose this educational alternative for your kids, you have to know that there are some TV shows that are good for them. Make sure you go through the TV shows before you let your kids watch them.
