Why is that many people who are on a diet start to making really bad diet meal plans choices and want to deprive themself from eating quality meals?
When weeks or months go by with no visible results, many of these dieters quit and will have no more trust in the diet meal plans that really work, which is really a shame.
There are so many diet meal plans that claim to help you to lose belly fat fast, but most of them are just scams. After you have read couple of the different diet meal plans books, you are really confused about the topic - who is telling you the truth?
Now let's demystify all the dieting hocus-pocus magic and see who is giving you a sound advice and who is brainwashing you to buy only their weight loss diet, pills and packaged meal plans.
It's quite simple to determine who is lying and who is honest, just listen to your guts and avoid any sort of hype. Do you find yourself in front of your fridge when you are supposed to sleep? Can't resist of eating your french fries and cheeseburger when walking around the town? What is your answer? Yes? Is so, I think you are following a diet that is too strick on yourself and will never help you to lose weight. There is nothing wrong with that, but the current weight loss diet is restricting you so much on the food choices you can eat.
I do not want to claim that you should eat pizza or eat late at night, but the reason you are behaving like that is simply because you have removed completely these meals out of your diet and your body is missing it. When your body starts telling you what you should eat because you have deprived it for longer periods of time, you will eventually give up and guit your weight loss diet.
Do not make it so difficult on yourself. Yes eat good natural foods. I mean, the best natural weight loss meal plan is the one that contains natural foods from all kinds of food groups. So get rid of the idea of eating low fat foods or forgettingto get your daily fruit or vegetable meal.
Your homework is to learn about the nutrition facts of your favorite fruits, meats, vegetables and learn how they affect your body. Once you will understand this you will make your own best meal plans for diet without even noticing it.
And yes, you should not be eating junk food or empty calorie foods, but an ice cream every once a while is not going to harm you. As the time goes by, you will notice that you have replaced most of the bad food choices for really good ones and your body will not crave them at all.
Once I really loved anything that had chocolate on it. Then I started to fall in love with fitness, exercise and healthy eating became natural transition for me. I can't even stand a cake for my birthday. But I am sure it will happen to you as well.
By eating good and balanced meal plans, I am sure you will notice how much energy you will have and how good night sleep is the best relaxation method you will ever have.
I am challenging you to eat all good, natural or fresh foods for couple weeks and then go and have some french fries with big mac. You will see what happens!
Try to eat six smal meals during the day. Eat some fruits and foods full of fiber like oatmeal right in the morning, have proteins and carbs with small fruit for the lunch and diner. In between meals have some small snacks like protein shakes, veggies or yogurt.
Soon your body will get used to the routine and you will see some fat coming off your belly.
