How do you build muscle fast? Well, it requires a lot of determination and application of scientific methods. I'm often amazed when I'm at the gym that other people don't have the slightest clue on what they're doing, they're just following the crowd. I see some people work do set after set after set of bicep exercises and I end up laughing inside. There is just so much people don't know, but they still do it the way they think. It's time to accept the fact that you need to do some research, so you know what is going on. When you have the right information by your side, results get easier and muscles grow faster.

I think the diet is the most important factor to have down. Most people just want to focus on the gym because it's easier. I know lifting weights is a lot harder than eating, but it's something you do a few times a week. Eating is a daily thing that you have to follow all the time, everyday for months on end. That gets hard for people. Most don't want to give up all those little pleasures they get from eating. Food is what builds muscle and if you're not eating the right stuff, you're just throwing potential muscle growth out the window.


Well, to the real answer for how do you build muscle fast? It comes down to simple Darwinism. We need to create a reason for your muscles to grow. We need to create an environment for our muscles that makes them want to change. This requires intensity. A lot of people are at the gym for over an hour and never break a sweat. That isn't intense. I workout for only 7 minutes, but it is extremely intense and forces the muscles to grow.
