For right or wrong reasons each one of us generally has a view on how we look. We can over emphasis or become obsessed with our image. What exacerbates this even further is living in todays image centered world. It's no wonder many of us have low self esteem.
There are also many people who feel quite positive about how they look. Anyway why do so many of us feel perfectly comfortable in the house, but when we step out into the world suddenly we develop a complex about how we look? Is it because we live in an appearance driven world that preaches outer beauty and superficial looks equates to happiness? Good for advertisers and fashion houses, but bad for our souls and well being.
