How I Replace Myself Through Outsourcing Overseas

I have read the book 4hours work week and it had opened my eyes to the idea of outsourcing overseas and the possibility of getting a virtual assistant. That was over a year ago.

I did not know how to actually execute the strategy so I was always hesitant of hiring someone. I was not sure how will I manage virtually a person on the other side of the world even if I knew how to be a manager.

About 3 months ago, together with my friend Brad, we joined a Mastermind group with several successful marketers with brilliant ideas.

There was one member of the group who shared with us that he had an employee that was working full time for him. Also, another marketer had worked out how to be able to find reliable help that was also inexpensive.

John Jonas is name of the guy I was referring to. He was the one who introduced us to a brilliant strategy around his experiences. My friend Brad I were easily hooked so we began to look at it right away.

Brilliant!

The awesome strategy John Jonas delivered is what we were looking for. It helped me out to fully change my prior perception on how to employ someone full time. His theory is 17 hours which I find a little more realistic and it slightly kills the 4-Hour Work Week Theory.

I recently have an awesome employee that has well implemented the training I give her. She shows dedication and eagerness to do an excellent job. Several of my clients ranked on the top page of Google because of her help in successfully implementing the strategies.

Thought it was far from easy, I formed several training material and project management of my own.

It was, nevertheless, my own choice. I tend to be a control freak and sought to put her through my own personal training program.

The admirable results that my employee has produced have paid her payment and permitted me to be productive and breathe. Sigh.

The most amazing thing is that she is beginning to put all the pieces together and implement strategies for my sites. I love it.
