How Purchasing A Rental Property Is More Lucrative Than Stocks
Investing in real estate has been proven effective and now is the best time to get in on the action because there are so many homes for sale. The real estate market right now is prime for buyers, as there are many more sellers, making home prices dip even lower. The interest rate is incredibly low as well, so you can get a mortgage at an even lower monthly payment. Owning a rental property is far more preferable to investing in the stock market for many reasons. First of all, if you own a property, you have that value in your possession. Even if home prices tumble and you lose a small amount of money, your investment will never bottom out at zero. Owning shares of a company, however, can be incredibly risky because if the company goes bankrupt and loses all of its value, you lose all of the money you had invested and have no value left. Another reason why real estate investing is much safer than stock market investing is because the stock market is incredibly volatile. One day, you could have $100,000 in your portfolio and the very next day you could have absolutely nothing. Home prices move around as well, but they are far less volatile than the stock market and a trend in housing can take years to change. You are much safer with an investment in real estate than in the stock market no matter what. To get the most out of your money, invest in real estate by purchasing a rental property. You will generate steady monthly income and will always own the value of that home. Stay away from volatile stocks and put your money into something that will really pay off today and in the future. You are much safer with real estate and can reach unlimited earning potential.
