How To Become A Female Bodybuilder

I want to show you how to become a female bodybuilder. This is a tough sport because it requires long term dedication. It isn't hard day to day, it's hard doing the day to day for months on end. I hope to arm you with what you need to know.

The first thing you're going to need to decide is if you're going to bulk or cut. Bodybuilders work in cycles and they're usually in bulk or cut. A bulk is trying to put on as much muscle as possible while keeping fat gains to a minimum. A cut is trying to cut off as much fat as possible while keeping muscle loss to a minimum. You need to decide which one you're going to do first. Often people starting out go with bulk because when you add muscle to your body, you become more efficient at cutting.

The next thing you're going to do is plan out your day in advance. This means both diet and exercises. The reason surprises most people, but I'll explain it. Thinking can be a very detrimental act. The reason is simple, we're not always in the mood to think. Some times we just have bad days and we just don't want to think. We just want something easy and convenient. For example, let's say you get home from work and you had a real bad day. The last thing you want to do is go in the kitchen and figure out what you want to eat. You're probably going to cheat because thinking isn't really what you want to do. If you have things wrote down in advance, you don't have to think. You just follow the list, like you're at the grocery store.

These tips should help you learn how to become a female bodybuilder.
