You will need several things to be able to come up with a good meal and this will include a large pot, pepper, lemon, water, salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon butter, ? pound mushrooms as well as ? pound sugar snap peas. The preparation should follow several steps and the first one will be to place the large pot on the stove and add water and salt and wait until the water boils. As the water heats up you should string the peas by pinching off the crowned end of the bean and making sure, you do not let go as you are pulling down the length of the bean.

The tip should snap off and this is where you can then take out the fibrous string in the interior. The peas should then be added to the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. When it is tender and you can pull one out it means that it is ready. The peas should be drained and then returned to the pot. The olive oil and butter should then be heated up in a large skillet in medium heat and then add the sliced mushrooms. This should then be allowed to cook for about ten minutes by stirring frequently.

The peas should then be added after all the liquid has evaporated and then add salt as well as pepper. This should be allowed to fry for three minutes while stirring and ensure that you do not over cook as they easily over cook. You should then remove from heat and add two teaspoons of the freshly squeezed lemon juice before serving it.
