1. Consume The Right Fats
That is a major misconception when it comes to eating fats and trying to lose weight or get a nice body. The simple truth is that there are essential, natural fats that you should be consuming. These include essential fatty acids (EFA's) contained in foods such as fish, nut oils and certain seeds. These EFA's promote healthier metabolisms, brain function and a wide range of other health benefits.
The fats you want to stay away from are fats that contain trans fat such as cooking oils and manufactured foods. A good tip would be to stay away from fried food and fast food at all costs.
2. Perform Cardiovascular Exercises
