How To Get Abs That Will Have People Dropping There Jaws!
Below are a couple of steps to follow to begin the journey of gettting your sexy stomach. 1. Your diet is the biggest thing, that most people fail at. If you do not follow a good diet you are not gonna be able to burn the fat and get the six pack. There is a rumor out there that 80% percent of getting the body you have always wanted is the DIET. Working out for hours in the gym is gonna only take you so far. You may already have an incredible looking stomach, but the only problem is it is covered by a layer or maybe even 2 layers of fat. Your main focus on the diet is gonna be your protein consumption. You need to eat enough protein to supply your muscles. You also to be consuming enough fruits and vegtables as well as fats that are healthy. You also must be keeping track of your calorie count in a day. If you are burning more calories then you are consuming your body will start eating your muscles to supply enough food in your body. Which will slow down if not eliminate the fat loss entirely. 2. Now comes the excercises you do. If you have ever heard of Ryan Reynolds and seen Blade Trinity you will see an incredible transition in his stomach. When Ryan went to the gym he would do anywhere from 500-1000 different ab workouts. That is one way to do it, but that is some really hard work. I would suggest starting off a little slower. Do crunches on ball, leg lifts, laying down leg lifts and progress from there. You do not need to do abs everyday and you will also need to change your workouts up as well as your repititions you do as well. Change is KEY when you are trying to change your body, you always want to keep it guessing so it will continue growing and changing. The other thing you want to be sure you do , is consistency. I can't stress this enough. Many people will begin working really hard to get a great six pack and then just stop because they are impatient and not getting the results they want. Just be patient and continue working hard. You know the expression good things happen to people who wait. Well this will follow under that. 3. Its time for my least favorite The Dang Cardio Im just not a big fan of cardio unless its doing something fun. Like sports or with other friends in competition. However cardio is gonna be one of your best friends at burning off the fat. The main thing I do is swimming, you dont get to hot and sweaty and it gives you an entire workout on your body while burning the fat for those muscular abdominals you are going to have. Any cardio will do though from running to basketball to football or riding a bike. They all are going to cut that fat down to size. You should be doing cardio at least twice a week, along with your ab workouts to follow. Another key tip Id like to throw in is that doing your abs on an empty stomach in the morning I have noticed incredibly cuts the fat loss faster. So if you can try and do your ab workouts right when you wake up in the morning. Also if you are planning on running for your cardio I highly reccommend jogging up hill anything your body is not used to will shock it and shed that fat right off.
