How To Release Negativity From Your Life
The key is consistency and a firm desire to make your life better in every way possible, As children, we hear the word “No” more often than words of praise. It can be difficult to maintain a positive outlook on life, but IT IS POSSIBLE! The way we start is to start paying close attention to the words you think in your mind and the words you speak to yourself and others. When ever negativity creeps in, we need to say “Stop, Reverse!” and them rephrase your statement with a positive one. One such example is this. “I hate my life.” That is obviously a negative statement. Replace it with “I love my life, and I look forward to the challenges ahead as I know I will come out victorious!” It may seem difficult at first, but the moment you start reaffirming positive words into your life, positive experiences will flow in your life. Sometimes the use of Affirmations helps. A few I use a lot are as follows: 1. I am positive and my life becomes positive. 2. I look for the good in all situations and I find it. 3. I will beat negativity by practicing positivity every day. Changes won't come over night, but you WILL see changes when you stick to replacing those old negative thoughts with positive ones. You know the saying, “Practice makes perfect!” and changing your life and how you think and speak, and all good things will follow!
