How To Submit Articles Quickly - A System For Quick Article Submission Part 2
Part 1 of this series discussed 5 steps to take to begin to develop an organizational system of article submission that will help save you time and ultimately make you more money. Once you've completed those steps you can continue creating your organizational system by following the steps listed here.
1. Before submitting your articles create a word document of each articles keywords or tags as many sites will ask for these during the submission process. A pre-made word document allows for quick access and the keywords can easily be cut and pasted into the submission form.
2. When you are ready to submit your articles choose your first directory in your favorites list and submit the article. If you have multiple articles for submission complete the process for all of them while you are logged into the article directory. This will save you time and effort from jumping from site to site.
3. When finished submitting to the first article directory repeat the same process for the second, third, fourth, etc. directories until you have submitted to all of your chosen article directories.
4. Repeat the same process for the social networking directories you have chosen.
5. Be prepared to enter your biography or "call to action" information in each sites resource or biography box. Create a pre-made list of various biographical statements or "call to action" phrases. Call to action phrases may vary depending on the article content you are submitting so it is a good idea to write several of them. This way you can easily cut and paste the appropriate one into the specified area.
6. Most article directories and social networking sites will give you the option of previewing your article before submitting. Take advantage of this and correct any mistakes before final submission. It is a good idea to check that the links in your resource box are working as well.
