Emotional outburst is always a reaction to a situation. Whatever maybe the cause, the reaction (either positive or negative) is the reason behind your emotional occurrence. Otherwise the situation either good or bad hardly matters to anyone. Hence, it becomes essential here to draw a line before your outbursts. You need to learn to cope up with negative reactions which significantly result in harmful outbursts. Let us discuss some of preventive measures to put a stop to such harmful emotional upheaval:- Look Before You Leap:- It is very important to think about the after effect of your emotional outbursts. Think two or more times before reacting to a situation. Your main aim should be in controlling your negative vibrations out of any reactions. Thinking and analyzing the situation decreases the chances of sudden reaction to emotional arousals. Don’t React To Words:- Most of our behaviors are governed by the words or language we hear. If we hear sweet words we tend to trust and gleefully open our hearts out. But if we hear harsh words said against me we outburst with immense anger and tend to hurl back the same reactions. So it’s a big task to learn the greatest skill in keeping your head cool especially when you are verbally abused. Think Well And Live Well:- Try to be happy and content in every situation you are put in. Sometimes imitating that you are happy in your bad times can turn better! You may slowly get over your depression and start feeling the same way that you had been imitating for so long. Turning your destiny is not in your hand but you can do so with your mind. So think positive and when you are too down switch to something that would excite or release your tensions. Take up an outdoor sport that you enjoy playing, listen to music that sooths your temperament or read jokes/comics.
