How Well You Can Get Well-known

With new start-up businesses, the objective of the day is to get well-known. Be recognized by your target clients. Unfortunately, even with well-done research, consistent hard work, and even with a great product or service, many small businesses have yet to have customers lining up their doors to get to their products. Indeed, despite all your efforts, nothing seems to happen. You are not getting the results you want from your efforts.

But as they say, money does not grow on trees; so do your customers. They do not just appear on thin air just because you were able to have your first marketing campaign. With these collaterals, you ensure that they keep you alive in their minds. They help jog your target clients’ memories from time to time just so they do not forget you till the next marketing campaign. When done right and consistently, your business can be in the topmost of their minds and your name is kept fresh all the time.

SNAIL-YET-STILL-EFFECTIVE-MAIL
Yes, they are so slow. Yes, your marketing collaterals get to your target clients faster if you just hand it to them. And yes, you can easily send to thousands of target clients via the Internet. However, the charm of a snail-mail is in the fact that people in general pick up mail even if it is junk mail. Consumers do not just ignore them that easily. They read first before deciding to throw the junk mail in the trash can. Communications in our online inbox do not get read if it is not urgent; and we definitely delete them quickly if we do not know the sender of the email.

Again, a letter has to be opened physically in order for one to know what is inside and decide whether to junk it or not. It just takes more effort to get rid of a printed material than to click on the delete key in your inbox. It may seem slow and old-fashioned but the snail mail definitely gets read, more than we can say for some online ads.

PROSPECTING –
Every business needs customers – people to sell to. And what better way to generate them but with a good prospecting list. This means being constantly on the lookout for the next buyer of your products and services. Always looking for that customer or prospects that you would do business with. When you have your list, it would be easier for you to spend your marketing budget as you would know who to focus your message and send your special offers.

There are still many more marketing strategies that you can use that are not complicated and expensive. Get started with these tried-and-tested methods and you will see the results right away.
