How Your Beliefs Have You Going Around In Circles Manifesting Anything Other Than Authentic Happines
Your beliefs were made up by the mind of a child From your conception through to around age 6 your thoughts have caused you to develop your belief system about yourself, others and the world. You developed your beliefs as a means to help you survive in the environment to which you were born. The reason you made them up is to keep you from emotional hurt and pain. They have become very ingrained in your conscience since age six or seven and are second nature to you. In fact, you are manifesting the circumstances of your life directly from these beliefs. Here is a diagram to show you the cycle of manifestation that happens when you rely on your beliefs to guide you. You have developed the way you interact with others and your world based on what you believe. This is not very appropriate if you’re manifesting something that is foreign to your authentic happiness and nature. How you create the same old same old stuff. When you come across a similar situation, which by the way can be vaguely similar to one that caused you emotional pain in the past, your protection antennae scans the situation and goes into your past memory bank to hall up the beliefs you have that will warn you of impending emotional hurt. In this way most of your time is spent in avoiding unhappiness rather than being focused on meditation for manifestation of the happiness you desire. I say meditation here because that is what is required to still your mind and allow the thoughts in that will put you in touch with your heart felt desires; your passion. In meditation you can bypass your inappropriate beliefs and discover your natural abilities that support your natural authentic nature and in turn this will support you to manifest authentic happiness. Why we justify our beliefs There is a direct correlation to what you consciously believe about yourself in relation to others and the world that manifests what happens to you. Your beliefs are easily justified because they are your experiences. The universe has been behaving according to your expectations for the whole of your life thus far. You have a part of you, some call it your Ego, that is dedicated to proving that there is “‘a way it is”. To awaken the Creative Being that resides within you, you must let go of the past and allow something new to come in.
