How Can We Get Our Children Eat Vegetables?
Well not a lot ...if they don't like it. My son 13 years, refuses all what vegetables and fruits are. The only way I'll make it, is to put everything in the mixer and add it to pasta or rice. Vitamins are so important they cannot just eat pasta or meat! I was quite desperate until I found a Mangosteeen juice that solved the problem.
