A great way to start using your new aromatherapy essential oils is in a bath. You simply add the oil to your bath water. Always make sure to do a skin patch test first. Place some diluted oil on your skin to see if there is an allergic reaction

Using aromatherapy essential oils in your bath is a fun and easy way to use them. All you need to do is put three to eight drops of the oil into your bath as you’re filling the tub, and spend at least ten minutes soaking in the water.
