The following part you need to understand is called Neuro-linguistic Programming, which deals with your subconscious thoughts and why most people try really hard but still fall short at using the Law of Attraction. Vibration and Frequency: Everything on the planet at the cellular level is made up of sheer energy which vibrates at very towering frequency. To your eyes, your hand appears to be solid, but under a very strong microscope, your hand would be a collection of vibrating energy and you would actually see light coming through it. Like everything else, your thoughts generate brain waves which at their essence is pure energy and can even be measured by science through a procedure called Electroencephalography or EEG.
