How Effective Is A Vegetarian Lifestyle To Shed Pounds?
In fact, I will go as far as to saying that using a vegetarian lifestyle to shed pounds may arguably be the safest and best route to go, especially when it's done correctly. I can just imagine the smirks in response considering that one may have seen some so-called vegetarians who still have excess flab all over. However, in my defense, one factor that must be considered in the of the whole process losing weight on a vegetarian diet is that eliminating meat in and of itself doesn't necessarily lead to a calorie deficit since you replace it with other foods. To effectively lose weight and dare I say succeed at subsisting on a vegetarian diet, the keys are 1. Knowing and applying proper food combination principles. 2. Knowing when to eat (i.e. eating only when truly hungry, what time of the day to eat etc) 3. Being aware of the origin of the items being consumed. 4. Being aware of the type of growing methods used for the items (whether they are organic or conventional (consequently in the list of the dirty dozen fruits) 5. Being aware of the seasons of the items. Furthermore, based on scientifically proven research on thousands of people for over two centuries on such health principles as food combination and assimilation, the human body goes through a cleansing process from twelve midnight until twelve noon, and a building program from twelve noon to twelve midnight, therefore our meals using a Vegetarian lifestyle to shed pounds during these respective periods should be harmonious with these processes of natural detoxification of the body. This will now lead us to perhaps the most effective tip for losing weight and cleansing the body on vegetarian diet. This tip will be the following daily menu herewith provided: Breakfast: A choice of the following 1. A tall glass of Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. 2.
