How To Beat The Winter Blues By Taking A Bubble Bath

This article is one for the ladies out there, all you wonderful Wives, Mothers, Daughters, Grandmothers and others. How often do you find yourself stuck in the house on them cold winter days, suffering from the winter blues? I bet you said quite often, if you did, then your answer is like that of a lot of women during the winter months. I want you to stop right now and think about what you just read, if you do find yourself stuck in the house during the winter with nothing to do, you should consider yourself very lucky.

Most people are always complaining that they don't have enough time in the day to get things done. So, according to a lot of folks, if you have nothing to do in the winter because your stuck inside, you are indeed a very lucky person. Now, if this is true and you find yourself in the winter with nothing to do, and you need an idea to beat the winter blues, why not soak in a bubble bath.

Now before you start complaining about how foolish this sounds, you must not have taken the kind of bubble bath I am talking about. First of all I am not talking about taking a bath, I am talking about taking a bubble bath. A bubble bath is a LOT different then taking a bath or shower. Your home alone with nothing to do on them cold winter days, or your spouse is sitting in the other room watching tv, and the children are asleep. You tell your spouse you don't want to be disturbed as you need some quiet time for your bubble bath, any man that loves you is going to happily oblighed.

Now let me jump forward to the actual bubble bath scene, and it's up to you to arrange your tub and bathroom area as you wish to set the mood for you. When I prepare my bubble bath, I turn on the shower radio to a nice relaxing music. Make sure you use a shower radio, the ones that use batteries only, nobody hopefuly would be foolish enough to use a plug-in radio near a water source. Then fill the tub with very warm, but comfortable water, while adding bubble bath and a few bath beads with oil in them. Around the edge of the tub, place a couple lit candles, lock the bathroom door, turn off the light and relax in the tub and dream.

On them long winter days, or nights that you find yourself becoming the victim of the same old winter monotony, soak in a bubble bath and dream, it's a great relaxing way to help beat the winter blues.
