How To Become A Winner By Watching The Biggest Loser

From time to time I watch TV to help me relax after a hard day’s work, and there are a few shows that I really enjoy watching. These include: The Apprentice, Dragon’s Den, Shark Tank and the Biggest Loser.

The reason I like watching these shows is because I get to see the transformation of the contestants and how they are able to succeed during and essentially after the show. The first three shows that I mentioned above are obvious but the last one is actually the one I like the most. I like it because I can see how these contestants apply the 6 secrets to success that I teach. The funny thing is they don’t even know they are applying them. But because they are applying the 6 secrets, they succeed!

For those who haven’t seen the show, allow me to explain. The show is about 16 contestants who are overweight and trying to lose the most amount of weight within a certain amount of weeks to win $250 000. These people are put on “the ranch” which is a training centre in LA with two of the most respected trainers in the world. Basically they spend their time training and learning to eat right. Sounds simple right? To be healthy you need to eat right and exercise… Just like finding success and following the 6 secrets, hard work will be involved.

But to come back to why I like the show; I get to see these people apply the 6 secrets to success. One of the secrets they apply is changing the way they think. Obviously this takes time to achieve!

To be on the show, these contestants took action, another of the 6 secrets. They decided that they needed to change the way they live! They are very happy and optimistic about being on the show, but when the actual training starts, their attitudes change; they start complaining that it’s hard, that they can’t do it and they wonder why they decided to do this in the first place!

But after the first week of hard training and seeing the results that they obtain, they start changing the way they think. They start saying things like: “I can do this” or “if I put my mind to it, I believe I’ll lose more weight next week” and the best one is “now I know I can achieve anything I want if I focus on my goals”.

You see, if a 300 lbs over weight person can realize that by changing the way they think they can find success in their live so can YOU! Don’t wait for the results to motivate you. It’s the other way around; motivate yourself until you get your results!

Changing your way of thinking is not easy, trust me! Your inner voice or the people around you will constantly tell you that you can’t do it. But you need to focus on the goals that you set yourself. And you need to control those thoughts. When you do, good things will happen.

If you have a chance, go ahead and take a look at the Biggest Loser TV show maybe it will help you motivate yourself to find success in your life!
